If you're still stuck with Winamp or tolerating iTunes - this is your chance to grab the newest version of Songbird. My favorite improvements are

• support for replay gain
• watchfolders (looking constantly into your media folder for new/deleted files)
• and improved speed.

Note: I still recommend rhythmbox for GNU/Linux systems - it is even better than Songbird in my eyes (and the standard music-player for Ubuntu).

Every track astonishing.

This project displays clearly what remixing is all about. Maybe it even gets thru to the RIAA one day.

The Libre Graphics Meeting is a cool workshop - all about free creative software. I've watched the recordings from 2008 and I'm looking forward to the upcoming event in Montreal, Canada. Sadly I don't have the money to join them, but maybe you can afford a trip.

Dark, and melting. This album is a unique trip to a feeling of darkness. Sometimes accompanied by chilling beats, but always with unexpected instruments.

It is a coherent work that blends from track to track. My highlights on this release are Snow, Bed and Jarawara.
